Once we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

All domestic orders over CHF 150.00 ship for free. Anything under that is CHF 7.00.  

We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot to help you if the order has not been processed at this point.

Email us ASAP for any changes regarding size, color, style or shipping address.

Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

Please inform us of your request for an exchange within 14 days after you receive your order. The items must be unworn and in the same condition as received.
